The Golden Bird

The Discovery

Once upon a time, there was a young boy named Leo. Leo lived in a small village near a big, green forest. Every morning, he went to the forest to pick flowers. One day, he saw something shiny behind a tree. It was a golden bird with a broken wing.

The Rescue

The bird looked sad and tired. Leo was a kind boy, so he decided to help. He carried the bird home in his hat. He gave it water and small pieces of bread. He made a soft bed using old clothes.

The Recovery

For two weeks, Leo took care of the bird. Slowly, the bird became strong again. Its golden feathers started to shine under the sun. Leo loved the bird, but he knew it wanted to be free.

The Farewell

One sunny afternoon, Leo took the bird back to the forest. He opened his hands and said, "Goodbye, my friend." The golden bird sang a beautiful song and flew high into the sky.

Leo was happy. He learned that true friendship means letting go.

  “ Many ” significa “ muito ” e é utilizado para coisas contáveis .  O “ How many ” carrega essa mesma função, mas no papel de pergunta, de interrogação .  Portanto, quando quiser perguntar “quanto” de algo existe e esse algo puder ser contado em unidades, você deve usar o “how many”.    How many  fingers are there in a hand? ( Há quantos dedos em uma mão?) “ Much ” também significa “ muito ”, mas para as coisas incontáveis .  O mesmo se aplica para o “ how much ”, que é utilizado em perguntas sobre a quantidade daquilo que não está dividido por unidades ou outras formas de contagem.
